Founded in Hong Kong in 2024, with a subsidiary in Shenzhen, Microcosmic Advisory is a one-stop provider of technology advisory, solutions and services. We are deeply rooted in the Greater Bay Area and focused on a bi-directional cross-border model — mainland enterprises going out, and global enterprises coming in through Hong Kong and Macau.

We support enterprise strategies across architecture upgrades, operating-model redesign, human-resources optimization and even investor relations engagement.

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
  • 25 years of professional experience spanning across the US, China and Hong Kong.
  • Former Senior Director at ByteDance, leading commercialization of Feishu/Lark enterprise software and GBA channels & partnership.
  • Previously Senior VP at CITIC Securities' Beijing HQ, where he co-founded an emerging-technology research team.
  • Earlier on Wall Street at Morgan Stanley and CLSA Americas, moving from engineering to technology-sector financial analysis.
  • Holds an MBA, MSc in Computer Science, and a BEng in Information Engineering.

  • 15 years in IT, with 2 years in software R&D, 1 year in business development, and 9 years of end-to-end delivery of large-scale system integration projects.

  • Core project manager for landmark national events at Lenovo, including Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games, GBA 2025 National Games.
  • Strong at coordinating with large teams under complex, fast-changing requirements.
